| After
St. Thomas, I went to Fontbonne Hall Academy and from there to Hunter
College where I majored in Chemistry & minored in Physics. The day
after graduation in 1971, I started working as a technician in an Endocrinology
lab at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, the medical
school of Columbia University. I am still there in the same lab, but now
I’m an Officer of Research. Obviously, I love my job and the people
I work with. I married Dennis Conwell in 1972. He is a retired Assistant
Vice President from Morgan Guaranty Trust and specialized in computers.
We have two wonderful daughters. My oldest, Erin is 21 years old and a
senior at Marymount Manhattan College, majoring in Art with a concentration
in graphics. Our youngest, Suzanne, is 18 and is a freshman at Wellesley
College in Massachusetts. She plans on being the first woman president. |
